Once you have completed one or more dive courses, you will get certified as soon as possible. Please read therefore the section Getting certified.
Everybody who's fit and healthy can go diving. As a check up and/or if you are not sure, please check with a dive doctor in advance.
When checking in, we will ask you to sign a Liability Release, in which you state that you are fit for diving.

Snorkelers are always welcome. If you like to snorkel, watch tropical landscapes and enjoy being out onboard at the seaside, you can experience a great time. Snorkelers are welcome during our day trips and liveaboard dive tours, though note that snorkeler places or non-diver places onboard of our liveaboard are limited. Yes, we do. We are happy to give discounts to groups (we see 4+ divers as a group) and also offer special charter rates. If you like to visit us as a group or for a charter, please send us your group details and inform us if you like to bring your own guides. We'll do our best to give you a nice deal.
We're glad you ask. When you haven't been diving for a longer period or over six months, we ask you to join a Refresher Dive out of safety reasons prior to boarding. After the Refresher Dive you will be fit to start diving again.
Yes you can. You have the option to dive with your contact lenses, a regular dive mask or to dive with an optical mask.

Yes, you can and you should. Our rental dive equipment is partially stored onboard and partially stored at our dive shops at Ranong, Koh Chang and Koh Payam. Please make an appointment via mail or phone to visit us for checking in, as we are often out on tour, or underwater. It's best to visit us latest 1 day in advance of the start of a day trip or dive tour. Together with you we'll check your sizes and fittings.
Our dive tours start from Ranong, Koh Chang and Koh Payam, which are situated at about Ranong Province in Thailand. Some tours start from or return to Tab Lamu or Phuket, which are situated south from Ranong. Please check the Seasonal Schedules to see the starting- and returning locations of each liveaboard dive tour or day trip.

No, if you like to join a dive tour within Thailand, you not need a special visa other then a Tourist Visa when you are not Thai.
Once entering Thailand via plane, you will receive a 30 days on arrival visa. If you enter Thailand via land borders, you will receive a 30 day or 15 day Tourist Visa. Holders of passports of the G7 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States) receive 30 days, those not from G7 countries will receive a 15 day visa on arrival. You can also apply for a Tourist Visa at a Thai Embassy or Consulate.
